Introducing our VIRTUAL Runner’s Strength Program!
Our medically-based program will help you reduce your running injury risk and build your resiliency as a runner. The goal of our program is to help all runners prevent their risk of getting sidelined by an injury regardless if they are new to the sport or a marathon junkie.
We know how much time you devote to run days and we realize that adding more time to your schedule seems like a lot. This is why we designed Runner’s Strength Program to be as convenient as possible for you!
The class is offered quarterly AND online. This means you have 3 months to access the workouts and continue to Get Better and Be Your Best!
