Brad is an Iowa native who also spent time growing up in Colorado. He graduated from Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa with a degree in biology, and then obtained a Masters in Physical Therapy from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. In 1997 he became the owner of Rebound. Brad has served as a biomechanical and injury prevention consultant to: CSU golf, CSU volleyball, CSU men’s basketball, Fort Collins High School Cross Country, and many other local club sports teams. He has worked with athletes on golf’s Nationwide and PGA Tours, and Olympic Trials athletes in swimming, running and equestrian. He is very proud of the team that has been assembled at Rebound, and recognizes that as long as there is a commitment to excellence, world-class clinical care and service can benefit all of Colorado. Outside of the clinic, Brad enjoys running, skiing, and golfing with his two children (Madi and AJ) and his wife Crissy who is also a physical therapist.

Jason joined Rebound in March 2006, relocating with his wife from Wisconsin. He received his science degree from the University of Wisconsin, La-Crosse where he also swam for the University team for four years. He went on to receive his Master of Physical Therapy from Carroll College in 2002.
Jason enjoys treating a person’s whole kinematic chain and looking beyond symptoms for root causes. When not treating, he enjoys spending time outdoors and in the mountains with his family and dog (Bella), camping, golfing, and cheering Wisconsin teams to Victory! Jason and his wife Laura are parents to two awesome boys.

Matt earned his undergraduate degree in Athletic Training in 2016 followed by his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2018, both from Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI. He then went on to complete a sports specialty training program through Howard Head Sports Medicine in Vail, Colorado. During this time, Matt had the opportunity to work with Marquette’s Division I sports teams, the New Orleans Saints football team, and the US ski and snowboard teams. He has now lived in Fort Collins for about 2 years joining the Rebound team in May of 2021.
Matt enjoys working with all active individuals from competitive athletes to weekend warriors to help them better understand how to use their body to increase performance and recover from injury. He works with each individual to meet the specific needs of their sport, work, and daily life to improve their ability to perform these activities to the best of their ability.
Matt lives in Fort Collins with his wife Alli and husky, Rosie. They take frequent trips to the mountains to ski, hike, and enjoy the outdoors.
Hope attended Springfield College in Springfield Massachusetts where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences with a concentration in clinical medicine. She went on to continue her education at Bay Path University in East Longmeadow, Massachusetts completing her Master of Occupational Therapy.
She started her Hand Therapy journey back in 2020 where her path led her into making a career change was unexpectedly exposed to the realms of Occupational Therapy working as an Operation Support Specialist… which just means a rehabilitation aide and admin associate combined. From there she focused on specializing in Hand Therapy due to courses such as anatomy, kinesiology and orthotics resonating with her the most during graduate school.
She spent her 6 months of internships in Colorado where she was trained in Pediatrics and further trained in Hand Therapy. Her 5-year plan is to become a Certified Hand Therapist and specialize in Upper Extremity amputation rehabilitation including prosthetic training for her patients.

Sarah is originally from Melbourne Beach, FL and attended Florida Institute of Technology where she received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and played four years of Division II basketball. Following undergraduate studies, Sarah completed 1700 hours of community service with AmeriCorps*NCCC and then returned to school at Southern Arkansas University where she received her Master’s degree in Kinesiology while working as the graduate assistant for the women’s basketball team.
Following graduation, Sarah shifted focus to health and wellness and began personal training and coaching sports performance in Milwaukee and Chicago. In 2012, Sarah relocated to Northern Colorado and continued personal training. With a growing interest in ways to better help people improve their movement, she got her Associate of Applied Science degree to be a Physical Therapist Assistant in 2021. Sarah is excited to be a part of the Rebound family and is looking forward to working with Rebound’s diverse clientele.
When not at work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband and friends, trail running, hiking, playing basketball, and soaking up as much sunshine as possible.
