The choice is yours! Our virtual visits are done through Zoom, which works well on your computer, tablet, or mobile device.
If using your phone, all you need to do is go to the app store on your phone and download the Zoom app. You can also use the browser on your phone to search for the Zoom app.
You can download a Zoom account before your visit through your browser or by installing the Zoom app on your device. As confirmation of your virtual visit with us, you will receive an email that contains a link to download Zoom as well if you have not done so already.
Yes. Zoom for Healthcare is HIPAA compliant meaning you can rest assured that all your protected health information is safe and secure.
Zoom will give you the chance to test your speakers and microphone before your visit. We suggest taking a moment to do this. If other technical difficulties arise during your session, we will do our best to help you troubleshoot this and, if needed, we can reschedule the visit to a different time.
