Grayson is originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and spent much of his life in the Dallas/Fort Worth area of Texas. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Texas A&M University in 2014, where he was a member of the Corps of Cadets and the university’s Mounted Cavalry. These experiences shaped his passion for working with highly motivated individuals and provided valuable experience that carries over into his work with military personnel, first responders, and equestrian athletes.

Grayson went on to earn his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2023 and began his career serving patients and athletes throughout North Texas. He brings extensive experience working with athletes across a wide range of levels, including professional athletes in the NFL, MLS, MLB, and UFC, as well as international Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai competitors. His clinical experience also includes working with collegiate and high school athletes in football, baseball, soccer, volleyball, gymnastics, tennis, and track and field.

Grayson specializes in helping driven individuals recover from injury, optimize performance, and reach their full athletic potential. His approach goes beyond simply reducing pain—he focuses on improving movement quality, biomechanics, strength, and overall physical function to help each patient perform at their highest level.

Grayson and his wife relocated to Colorado in 2025 with their German Shepherd and three cats. Outside of the clinic, he enjoys spending time outdoors, gardening, playing guitar, and staying active in the gym.
