Anna is originally from Ames, IA and attended Truman State University in Missouri for her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science. She then continued on to receive her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Iowa.

Anna was a varsity collegiate tennis player and has since gotten involved in training for triathlons. Throughout her athletic career she sought physical therapy to help with various sports injuries. Realizing the positive impact physical therapy can have on an individual led her to go into this field.

Growing up, Anna loved road trips west to Colorado to snowboard and hike. She is excited to have moved closer to the mountains in order to take advantage of all those activities and get started on new ones! Anna also enjoys teaching exercise classes including cardio and strength interval, bootcamp, and cycling classes and competing in races and triathlons with Athletes in Tandem,Inc, a non-profit organization that competes with individuals with disabilities

Anna loves working with all ages and orthopedic injuries, especially with the active and athletic population. Because of her exercise and sport background she has a passion for using specific exercises to help prevent injuries and help patients return to their activity/sport.
