Ann’s journey with Rebound started on the other side of the front desk- as a patient. She appreciated the expertise, customer service, and communication she experienced, so she joined the administrative team in 2025. Her previous 10 years of customer service experience were in the mental health and education fields.
When not working, Ann enjoys taking walks with her family, naps (when she can get them), time with friends, gardening, playing the piano, and pretty much any other creative outlet she can find.
