Jill was born in Essexville, Michigan and grew up in Long Beach, California. She ended up in Fort Collins, Colorado when she attended Colorado State University to play DI volleyball from 1987-90. She received her degree in Exercise and Sports Science with a concentration in Health and Wellness. Jill also continued her education at the Healing Arts Institute in Fort Collins getting her massage therapy license.
After college she started her own massage business called Bodyworks. She later went on to teach preschool at First United Methodist CO-OP Preschool, but came back to her passion of helping others heal and recover as a massage therapist at Rebound; the place where she too, found healing and recovery.
She enjoys learning about how the human body works as well as how to utilize massage to give clients relief from injury. Jill is passionate about working with other physical therapists to find the root cause of an injury and other chronic ailments to determine the best course of action for that individual. She strives to initiate the body’s natural healing process through massage therapy and other modalities.
When Jill isn’t with clients, she’s outside biking along the foothills, hiking the local trails, camping, and cheering on her family. Her husband and two daughters are Rams, making their family the true definition of a “Ram-ily”. Her husband is the head Track and Field Coach, her oldest daughter is a thrower on the track team and her youngest is on the soccer team. They can be seen at almost any Ram athletic event in town, especially at outdoor track meets and soccer games with their dog Sophie, cheering the Rams on.

In her free time Shari enjoys rock climbing, trail running, cycling and almost any other outdoor activity. She also enjoys spending time with her husband and two cats.
